We are looking for a warm, proactive, and child-friendly Counselor to join Senior Delhi School, Play School . The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in counseling in school industry —preferably in early childhood or school environments—and must be passionate about guiding parents and supporting young learners.

## *Key Responsibilities*:

-Interact with parents to understand their concerns, provide guidance, and support admissions-related queries.

Counsel parents about early childhood development, school programs, and child readiness.

Maintain positive communication between parents and the school team.

Assist in student onboarding and settling-in support during the initial days.

Handle queries professionally and ensure a smooth parent experience.

Maintain documentation and counseling records.

## *Requirements*:

Minimum 2 years of counseling experience in school industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with parents and young children.

Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.

Basic computer and documentation skills.

Note: No Teacher Vacancy.
Salary: 20K + incentive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
