Event Coordinator (Female, Arabic Speaker)

Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all event requirements from initial inquiry to execution
  • Communicate with team to ensure smooth arrangements
  • Prepare event orders, monitor setup, and assist during functions
  • Support the banquet team with scheduling, follow-ups, and onsite requirements
  • Ensure all event details are delivered accurately and professionally

Qualifications:

  • Female candidate, fluent in Arabic
  • Background in events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong client-handling skills
  • Knowledge of banquet/event operations is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
