Female Arabic Indoor Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome walk-in customers and handle phone/online inquiries.
• Present available vehicles, features, pricing, and financing options.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate test drives and appointments with the sales team.
• Prepare quotations, sales offers, and necessary documentation.
• Update the CRM with all customer interactions and sales progress.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.
• Maintain a professional and organized showroom environment.

Requirements:

• Arabic-speaking female (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication.
• Previous experience in sales; automotive industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach.
• Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office).
• Presentable, confident, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
