Female Arabic Patient Coordinator

• Greet and assist patients in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Provide information about medical procedures, schedules, and services.
• Help patients fill out forms and ensure accurate collection of personal and medical information.
• Address patient concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
