Female Arabic Speaker Receptionist:

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Female Arabic Speaker Receptionist to manage our reception area. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls, handling inquiries, managing appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries promptly.
  • Schedule and manage appointments or bookings.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
  • Provide information about the company’s services and policies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
  • Handle customer complaints and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes

Requirements & Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus).

· Proven experience as a front desk receptionist, office assistant, or similar role.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

· Customer service-oriented attitude

Language: English and Arabic (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
