Job description:
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Track bank deposits and payments.
- Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
- Ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes.
- Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
- Preparing bank reconciliation statements.
- Reviewing financial and statistical reports.
- Process weekly payments of all authorized purchase invoices and expense claims by BACS.
- Bank and cash management, including reconciliation of all bank accounts and credit cards.
Requirements:
- Proven 2 years work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role.
- Experience using QuickBooks.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Bachelor Degree in Finance.
