Job Overview:

We are looking for a Back Office Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and provide administrative support. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in record keeping, and the ability to handle multiple accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily accounting transactions, invoices, and payments.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain general ledger and prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Support payroll processing and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Assist in audit preparation and management reporting.
  • Handle routine back-office administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant accounting or back-office experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks / Tally preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Female candidates based in Islamabad are preferred.

Salary Range:

PKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month (based on experience)
