Female Barista

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items, maintain a clean and welcoming café space, and contribute to creating a positive guest experience. in Abu Dhabi City.

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages, including espresso drinks, according to company recipes and standards
• Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and take orders accurately
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and use POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, tables, and equipment
• Restock supplies such as cups, milk, coffee beans, and pastries as needed
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times
• Adherence about food hygiene and personal protections
• Support team members during busy periods and collaborate to ensure smooth operations with Fluent Communication
• Stay informed on menu items and seasonal offering

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a café or food service role preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Better Knowledge about operations in cafe especially peak hours
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to multitasking
• Basic math skills and comfort using a cash register or POS system
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn more about brewing techniques and products

• General Duty Hours as per labour law 9 hours include break
• Compensated in Overtime and Weekly Off and Other Holidays Include
• Annual Leave paid and allowance
• Communication Skills in English and Arabic is Plus
• Salary figure fix in depends upon performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
