Job Summary:
We are seeking a Female Barista/ Senior Barista ONLY who is also experienced as a Cashier, Customer Coordinator, Inventory Handler, and Waitress (Takeaway Service). The ideal candidate will confidently manage front-of-house operations, from preparing premium beverages to coordinating customer orders and managing stock. This is a hands-on, all-in-one role that requires multitasking, leadership, and strong customer interaction skills in a non-dining, takeaway environment.
Key Responsibilities: Barista Operations
- Prepare a full range of espresso-based and specialty coffee drinks with consistency and speed.
- Maintain coffee bar cleanliness, follow hygiene and safety protocols.
- Calibrate and clean coffee equipment daily.
- Train junior baristas when necessary.
Cashiering
- Operate the POS system for accurate order entry and payment collection.
- Handle all cash, card, and digital transactions efficiently.
- Ensure correct billing, process refunds, and handle reconciliation at shift end.
Inventory Management
- Monitor daily usage of coffee beans, milk, takeaway supplies, and consumables.
- Track low-stock items and communicate restocking needs.
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas and follow FIFO standards.
Customer Coordination
- Welcome and interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate takeaway orders for walk-in and phone-in customers, ensuring order accuracy and timing.
- Handle customer complaints or requests tactfully and professionally.
- Keep customers informed about new products, offers, and seasonal specials.
Waitress (Takeaway Service Role)
- Serve customers promptly at the counter and hand over orders efficiently.
- Pack and label items properly for takeaway.
- Ensure all orders are complete and meet brand quality before handover.
- Keep service counters neat, well-stocked, and organized throughout the day.
- Provide upselling suggestions and answer customer inquiries confidently.
Requirements:
- Female candidate only (due to internal staffing & accommodation structure)
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience across:
- Specialty Coffee/Barista operations
- Cashiering and customer interaction
- Inventory tracking and takeaway service
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic stock management
- Strong English communication (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
- Presentable, well-mannered, and capable of multitasking under pressure
- Valid Qatari Work Permit or transferable visa is required
