Your Day to Day

• Craft and serve a full range of specialty coffees, teas, and beverages with finesse and consistency.
• Engage with guests in a warm, polished, and professional manner to deliver an exceptional luxury café experience.
• Maintain a clean and elegant work area, following all hygiene and safety standards.
• Uphold visual presentation standards for both products and service counters.
• Personalize guest interactions, anticipate preferences, and remember repeat orders.
• Support the café’s daily operations, including restocking, cash handling, and inventory control.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Barista in a high-end café, hotel, or restaurant.
• Exceptional coffee knowledge including latte art, espresso extraction, and manual brewing methods.
• Impeccable grooming, posture, and communication skills in line with luxury service standards.
• Passionate about hospitality, service excellence, and creating memorable guest moments.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment with flexibility in shifts.

Pay: BD200.000 - BD220.000 per month
