Female Barista

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages consistently according to company recipes and standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide product recommendations when required.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and issue receipts accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, equipment, and seating area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Assist in training new staff when required.
• Uphold brand image by ensuring a high standard of customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service is preferred (training can be provided).
• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods, latte art, and café equipment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Attention to detail and passion for delivering excellent service.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Working Conditions

• Shift-based role, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• Barista: 4 years (Preferred)
• Team Handling: 2 years (Preferred)
