Female Barista

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
• Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/card payments
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and seating area
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista is preferred (training can be provided)
• Knowledge of coffee machines and basic beverage preparation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude, punctual, and team-oriented
