Female Barista

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The Barista will ensure a clean, welcoming environment and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly attitude
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, workstations, and seating areas
• Handle cash and process payments using POS systems
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and display items as needed
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to customers

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
