Female Barista

We are seeking a refined and experienced FEMALE Senior Barista to join our team. This role is ideal for a passionate coffee artisan with a strong eye for quality, presentation, and service excellence, delivering an elevated guest experience in a premium environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft exceptional coffee, specialty beverages, mocktails, and mojitos to the highest standards
• Lead, train, and mentor the barista team to ensure consistency and outstanding service
• Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, presentation, and product quality
• Oversee daily operations including stock control and equipment maintenance
• Develop and introduce innovative and seasonal beverage offerings

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional barista experience (leadership experience preferred)
• Strong expertise in specialty coffee, latte art, and premium beverage preparation
• Solid understanding of luxury service standards and hygiene practices
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Passion for craftsmanship, creativity, and delivering elevated guest experiences

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
