Responsibilities of Business Development Executive
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified leads.
- Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, or social media to introduce company services.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable IT solutions or services.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into successful deals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
- Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Develop business strategies to increase market share and brand presence.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with management to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Participate in meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client communications, and business activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT industry is required
- Should be available in Dubai for interview
