Responsibilities of Business Development Executive

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, or social media to introduce company services.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable IT solutions or services.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve sales targets by converting leads into successful deals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Develop business strategies to increase market share and brand presence.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with management to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Participate in meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client communications, and business activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT industry is required
  • Should be available in Dubai for interview

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
