Job Timings: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Looking for highly energetic and proactive Tele callers to join our team, focusing on lead generation for the Middle East market. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a confident, persuasive approach to engaging potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and build a pipeline.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers based on business requirements.
  • Clearly communicate company offerings, products, and services to prospects.
  • Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confident, energetic, and proactive with a persuasive sales approach.
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
  • Target-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
