Role Overview:

Zainlee Technologies is looking for a seasoned Business Development Executive - Lady only to drive growth of its AI services portfolio. The successful candidate will identify and close new business opportunities, build executive-level relationships, and tailor AI-driven solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and win new business for AI services across sectors
• Engage C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop client-specific AI solutions
• Lead impactful presentations and proposals
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Stay informed on AI trends and competitive landscape
• Report on business development activities and forecasts

Requirements:

• Experience: 5–7 years in business development or sales in AI, SaaS, or digital transformation
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
• Skills:
• Proven sales success in AI solutions
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (ML, NLP, Computer Vision)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Other:
• Must be based in the UAE
• UAE Driving License preferred
• Immediate availability preferred
