Job Summary

The Business Development Executive (Female) – Land Acquisition will be responsible for identifying potential land opportunities, developing strong business relationships with landowners and brokers, and supporting the company’s growth in real estate development. The role involves both field and office activities, focusing on lead generation, client engagement, and business expansion strategies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential land parcels suitable for residential or commercial projects.
• Conduct thorough market research on property values, zoning laws, and market trends.
• Develop and maintain strong networks with landowners, brokers, and local real estate contacts.
• Support negotiations and assist in finalizing land acquisition deals.
• Collaborate with the legal and technical teams for documentation, due diligence, and verification.
• Contribute to business development strategies and marketing initiatives to generate new leads.
• Maintain accurate records of land leads, meetings, and deal progress.
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events.
• Participate in both digital and field marketing campaigns to expand business reach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or land acquisition within the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of Chennai’s real estate market and key localities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Tamil (mandatory).
• Confident, self-driven, and willing to travel for fieldwork.
• Female candidates preferred.
