Female Business Development Executives

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team and drive the sales of our premium Personal Care products to various retail outlets across Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Northern Emirates

Key Requirements & Experience

• Gender: Female
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven outdoor/field sales experience is mandatory.
• Sector Specific: Must have direct, hands-on sales experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
• Geographic Knowledge: Essential to have prior sales experience within the UAE market.
• Driving: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License
• Product Knowledge (Advantage): Experience selling hygienic, health, personal care, or related products to retail channels (Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Groceries, Pharmacies) will be a significant advantage.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and expand market share for our range of hygienic products within assigned territories.
• Identify and secure new retail accounts (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, etc.).
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail customers, ensuring high levels of service and regular product stocking.
• Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to monitor product display, check stock levels, and ensure optimum merchandising.
• Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with retail buyers and store managers.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and market feedback to the management team.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
