Role Purpose

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through lead generation, client meetings, and strategic outreach. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is confident in client interaction and enjoys working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and digital outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into customers.
• Support proposal preparation, quotations, and contract coordination.
• Maintain CRM records and track leads, meetings, and conversion performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally at client sites, exhibitions, and business events.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Management, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferred).
• Must have a valid driving license and own car (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident in client-facing roles and field sales activities.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
