Title: Female Business Teacher

Schedule: Night Shift (9PM - 5AM)

Compensation: Rs 45,000 – 50,000 + Incentive Scorecards

We are seeking a skilled Business Teacher to deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned instruction for Cambridge O Level/IGCSE and A Level students. The role focuses on building strong reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills in a supportive, inclusive classroom.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering well-structured Business Studies lessons tailored to different grade levels
• Creating lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to student needs
• Encouraging active participation and fostering a love for business education
• Assessing student performance through assignments, quizzes, and exams, while providing constructive feedback
• Maintaining a disciplined yet supportive classroom environment
• Collaborating with peers and administration to enhance teaching methods and overall academic quality

Key Requirements:

• M Phil/Master Degree in Business Administration
• Willingness to work night shift with consistency and punctuality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and colleagues effectively
• Prior teaching experience and a solid understanding of business fundamentals ( preferred)
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain discipline and ensure productive learning

• Competitive salary within Rs 45,000 – 50,000 per month with performance based Incentive Scorecard of additional 20,000.
