Female Call Agent for Donation

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential donors using provided call lists
• Clearly explain Pink Ribbon Pakistan’s mission, breast cancer awareness campaigns, and how donations make an impact
• Confidently ask for donations and professionally handle objections
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets
• Accurately record and update donor information in the system
• Follow up with interested donors through scheduled callbacks
• Maintain a polite, positive, and empathetic tone in all conversations
• Follow internal fundraising guidelines and data confidentiality standards
• Participate in training sessions and performance improvement activities

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous experience in generating donations for a social or health-related cause in Pakistan is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Urdu (English is a plus)
• Familiarity with basic computer use and data entry
