Call Center Agent – Healthcare (5+ Years Experience)
- Handle inbound/outbound patient calls professionally
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments
- Address patient inquiries (services, billing, insurance)
- Maintain accurate records in EMR
- Coordinate with clinical and admin teams
- Handle complaints and escalate when required
- Follow up with patients (reminders, feedback)
- Ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance
- Support basic insurance and approval queries
- Meet KPIs of the clinic and maintain high patient service standards
