Job Summary:
Responsible for managing customer transactions, ensuring accurate billing, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Handle cash, card, and online payments accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or discounts as per company policy.
- Manage daily sales records and reconcile cash at shift end.
- Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen for smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier counter.
- Assist in taking orders during peak hours if required.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints courteously.
Qualifications:
- Female candidate preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cashier in a restaurant or café.
- Familiar with POS systems and basic accounting procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Neat and presentable appearance.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
