Job description
- Handling Point of sale system (POS) for sales transactions, sales adjustments, and payments through accurate and efficient operation.
- Processing of all sales transaction in conformity with prescribed sales application, keying sequence, documentation and POS security measures.
- Receiving of tender by cash, credit cards and voucher in compliance with prescribed policies and work procedures along with physical check of item.
- Calling and informing customer that their Kandoora is finished.
- Monitoring delivery date of Kandoora to finish on time.
- Handling of stocks inventory.
- Preparing and sending reports (Cash collection, Accounts receivables, and Customers discounts) through email.
- Greet and assist customer in a professional and friendly manner inside the premises.
- All phone calls are answered professionally and courteously
- Assist the customer and answering calls in any customer’s concern.
- Resolve customer complaints; guide them and provide relevant information
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Cashier in UAE
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Expertise in POS
- Honesty towards work
- Friendly and polite nature
- Inbuilt intention to care and help other
- Empathy towards others
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
