Female Chef de Partie

Job Summary:

The Female Chef de Partie is responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen (such as Baking , pastry, ). She ensures that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation while supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within the designated kitchen section.
  • Assist in the creation of new menu items and seasonal specials.
  • Ensure consistent portion sizes, presentation, and taste across all dishes.
  • Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and food hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP and company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
  • Train, guide, and supervise Commis Chefs and junior staff in the section.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet service demands and minimize food wastage.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Culinary diploma or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
