Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Female Chinese Teacher to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), and comfortable with online teaching platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging online Chinese language lessons.
• Develop lesson plans and educational materials.
• Guide students and provide constructive feedback.
• Use online teaching tools and technology effectively.
• Monitor student progress and ensure learning outcomes are achieved.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 3–4 years in import-export business with specific exposure to Chinese import/export clients
• Deep understanding of Chinese trade processes, regulations, and documentation
• Proven ability to teach, train, or mentor others (training or consulting experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and disciplined
• Comfortable working in part-time / flexible hours
• Female candidates only (as per requirement)

Desired Skills

• Ability to simplify complex trade concepts for learners
• Good at creating / structuring course content
• Proficient in digital tools: PowerPoint / Google Slides, Zoom or other online meeting tools (if online)
• Good interpersonal skills, patience, and mentoring attitude

Compensation

• Pay: ₹ 8,000 for the entire 36-hour course
• Payment Structure: Partial payments will be made (e.g., after defined milestones or monthly)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,669.32 - ₹20,000.00 per month
