Job Description: Female Cleaner (Hospitality Background Preferred)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Cleaner with experience in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of guest‑service standards, maintains high levels of cleanliness, and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across assigned areas, including office, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces/ public areas
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Follow established housekeeping procedures and quality standards
• Ensure all tasks are completed within required timeframes
• Support special cleaning projects as needed
• Uphold a professional and courteous attitude toward guests and colleagues

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality housekeeping or cleaning roles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
