Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Friday Off, Sunday Open)

Salary: AED 2,000 per month

Job Description

Dr Aimen Zia Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and responsible Female Cleaner & Clinic Caretaker to join our team. The role requires someone who is courteous, proactive, and capable of maintaining the high standards of hygiene and care expected in a medical facility. The suitable candidate will ensure that our premises are always clean, safe, and welcoming for all patients and visitors. All employment will be conducted in full compliance with UAE labour laws, including provision of a valid work visa, medical insurance, appropriate working hours, and respectful working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinic Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean and sanitize all clinic areas, including reception, waiting area, treatment rooms, restrooms, staff rooms, and patient areas.
• Ensure all surfaces, floors, equipment, and furnishings are maintained to the highest standard of hygiene following clinic protocols.
• Perform daily waste disposal and follow infection control standards for disposal of clinical and general waste.
• Replenish supplies such as tissues, hand sanitizers, soap, and paper towels regularly.
• Report any repairs or maintenance needs promptly and, when possible, perform minor maintenance tasks (changing bulbs, tightening loose fixtures, etc.).

Patient Relations & Front Desk Assistance

• Welcome and greet patients as they arrive at the clinic with courtesy and professionalism.
• Provide directions and assistance, including guiding patients to suitable parking areas as per clinic procedures.
• Offer and serve water, tea, or coffee to patients and visitors in the waiting area, adhering to appropriate food and beverage safety standards.
• Assist with sending children to the designated play area and ensuring their safety under clinic guidelines.
• Help elderly or disabled patients with mobility within the clinic premises when required.

Administrative Support

• Take clear, professional photographs for patients’ records or marketing purposes, following patient consent and privacy protocols.
• Collect feedback or reviews from patients after their treatment in a polite and respectful manner as per management instructions.
• Maintain a positive, patient-focused attitude and uphold the reputation and values of Dr Aimen Zia Dental Clinic at all times.

Other Duties

• Comply with all health, safety, fire, and emergency policies and procedures as set by UAE authorities and clinic management.
• Ensure personal hygiene, proper uniform, and professional appearance at all times.
• Respect patient confidentiality and handle all records discreetly.
• Follow daily schedules and instructions from management, and cooperate with all clinical and office staff.
• Be available to participate in training, demonstrations, or additional duties as required.
• Respect prayer and break times as per UAE regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Female, presentable and fluent in basic English (Arabic language a plus)
• Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or similar roles (experience in a healthcare environment preferred)
• Friendly personality, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and minor maintenance tasks
• Honest, reliable, and punctual
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
• Commitment to follow all UAE laws, clinic policies, and hygiene standards
• Ready to join immediately

Employment Terms:

• 12 hours shift, Friday off, Sunday open
• Salary: AED 2,000 per month
• Medical insurance provided according to UAE Labour Law
• Legal employment visa and other entitlements as per UAE regulations
