Female Client Service Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Female Client Service Associate who is confident, fluent in English, and experienced in Call Center or BPO operations. The ideal candidate should be a graduate, have good communication skills, and be comfortable using a computer. Candidates living near Gulshan-e-Iqbal will be preferred.
Fresh female candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Communicate clearly and fluently in English.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
• Resolve queries and provide support to customers.

Requirements

• Female candidate (Mandatory)
• Graduate (Minimum bachelor’s degree required)
• Must be fluent in English
• Experience in Call Center or BPO industry preferred
• Must have good computer knowledge
• Must live in or near Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
• Fresh graduates can also apply
