Female-Clinic Manager-Aesthetic Background only

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Aesthetic Clinic Manager to lead our Oman branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional patient experience, and managing team performance in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete clinic operations including front desk, therapists, nurses, and doctors
• Drive monthly revenue targets and achieve sales KPIs
• Monitor clinic P&L, budgeting, and cost control
• Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate clinic staff to achieve performance goals
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency
• Handle escalations, complaints, and service recovery professionally
• Ensure compliance with local health authority regulations
• Coordinate with marketing team for local promotions and business growth initiatives
• Maintain inventory control and vendor coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in aesthetic / cosmetic / healthcare clinic management
• Strong sales and target-driven background
• Experience managing medical and front-end teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of clinic operations, revenue management, and CRM systems
