Overview
To manage and oversee the daily operations of a women-only fitness club, ensuring a safe, empowering, and high-quality experience for female members by leading all departments (reception, fitness, sales, maintenance) and driving performance targets in a fitness and combat-sports-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise all daily club functions with excellence.
- Lead, schedule, and evaluate a team of female staff across all departments.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and secure environment for members.
- Drive membership sales, renewals, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to resolve any operational issues.
- Monitor facility cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness.
- Submit performance and financial reports to the Cluster Manager.
- Support local marketing and member engagement initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with all club policies and internal standards.
- Represent the women's club professionally to external partners and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a female-only fitness club or service business.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Knowledge of fitness services, personal training, and combat sport programs for women.
- Proficiency in gym management systems and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
