We are hiring a Female CNA or HHA for a dedicated daytime case in Ashland, MA.

This is a meaningful role supporting an adult female client in her private home. We are seeking a caregiver who is experienced, calm under pressure, and confident providing total care.

Schedule

✔Monday–Sunday
✔8:30AM–6:00PM (Day Shift)
✔ $20–$22 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Provide full hands-on total care (1-person assist)
• Perform multiple Hoyer lift transfers per shift
• Extensive bed care including rolling & repositioning
• Assist with feeding & follow aspiration precautions
• Support wheelchair mobility & proper positioning
• Maintain client dignity, safety & comfort at all times
• Attend medical appointments (no driving required)

Client has a neurological disorder, is non-verbal, and may scream/yell during care. Caregivers must remain patient, calm, and reassuring.

Required Qualifications

✔ Female CNA or HHA Certification (Required)
✔ Minimum 2 years caregiving experience
✔ Strong Hoyer lift & total-care experience
✔ Comfortable with full hands-on care
✔ Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
✔ Valid driver’s license, registration & auto insurance
✔ Current physical & Fit-for-Duty note
✔ Ability to pass background check
