Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Production
- Develop, film, and edit high-quality video content (short-form and long-form) demonstrating yoga sequences, cooking tutorials (focusing on healthy, mindful eating), and mindfulness tips.
- Create visually appealing static content, including recipe photography, lifestyle shots, and instructional graphics, ensuring brand consistency.
- Script, storyboard, and plan all content to align with editorial calendars, seasonal themes, and platform-specific best practices.
- Ensure all yoga instruction and nutritional information provided is safe, accurate, and evidence-based (or clearly labeled as traditional/Ayurvedic).
Strategy & Distribution
- Manage the posting schedule and engagement across all assigned social media channels (e.g., IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Monitor content performance using analytics (views, engagement rate, retention) and adapt future strategies based on data.
- Write compelling, SEO-optimized captions and blog articles that complement video content, focusing on health benefits and proper technique.
- Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments and fostering a positive, interactive atmosphere.
Subject Matter Expertise
- Design and execute beginner-friendly and intermediate yoga flows (e.g., Vinyasa, Hatha) for video, providing clear verbal cues.
- Develop and test original, healthy recipes, clearly documenting ingredients, measurements, and cooking steps.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Nutrition, or a related field preferred.
- Yoga Certification: Minimum RYT 200-Hour Yoga Teacher certification is mandatory.
- Content Expertise: Proven experience creating original food and/or wellness content for a public digital platform (portfolio required).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in mobile and professional video filming techniques (lighting, composition).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to explain complex concepts (yoga postures, nutritional science) clearly and engagingly.
- Self-Management: Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently to meet tight content deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
