About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Female Corporate Tours Executive to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience dealing with corporate clients, with strong skills in lead generation, sales presentations, and closing high-value corporate travel deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new corporate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Schedule meetings with prospective corporate clients to present travel services and solutions.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and offer customized corporate tour and travel solutions.
Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Coordinate with internal operations and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain and update client data and sales activities in CRM.
Stay up to date with travel trends, pricing, and market opportunities.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused personality.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Salary: PKR 75,000 per month
