Are you a high energy communicator with a neutral accent? We are looking for professional Female Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Rawalpindi. This is a fast paced inbound role focused on the US healthcare sector, offering significant incentives without the requirement of closing deals.

The Opportunity

In this Inbound Lead Qualification role, you will be the primary point of contact for US based callers. Your objective is to verify eligibility for ACA or Medicare plans and facilitate a Live Transfer to a licensed specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls from US prospects with a professional and upbeat demeanor.
• Eligibility Screening: Conduct brief discovery sessions using scripted questions to qualify callers for insurance benefits.
• Seamless Transfers: Successfully connect eligible prospects to senior specialists following campaign protocols.
• Operational Standards: Maintain 100% compliance with federal regulations and script guidelines.
• Workflow Management: Efficiently navigate high call volumes during peak US hours.

Requirements

• Linguistic Skills: Exceptional English fluency with the ability to build rapport naturally with American callers.
• Experience: Preference is given to those with a background in ACA, Medicare, or Final Expense campaigns, but fresh talent with strong communication skills is encouraged to apply.
• Night Shift Availability: Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 5:45 PM to 4:00 AM.
• Traits: High motivation, resilience, and a target-driven mindset.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 (based on experience).
