Female CSR (Travel Experienced Preffred)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with prior experience in the travel and tourism industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, assist with flight bookings, visa information, and provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to assist with travel bookings, flight reservations, hotel packages, and visa inquiries.
• Provide accurate travel information, including schedules, fares, and promotional offers.
• Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners for smooth booking processes.
• Manage and maintain customer records in CRM or booking software.
• Upsell additional travel services such as insurance, car rentals, or tour packages.
• Follow up with clients for post-travel feedback and future travel opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
