Female Customer Relationship Officer

Core Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling & Support

o Attend customer, client & dealer calls, emails professionally and promptly.

o Provide accurate information about products, prices, order status, delivery timelines, and technical support.

o Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues to relevant departments when needed.

2. Order Management

o Receive and process customer orders in the system (manual/ERP).

o Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.

o Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, confirmations, and delivery schedules.

3. Customer Follow-ups & Relationship Building

o Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients through regular follow-ups.

o Identify customer needs and provide suitable product suggestions.

o Share updates on new products, promotions, or price changes.

4. Sales Coordination

o Assist the sales team by maintaining customer records and preparing sales reports.

o Support field sales staff by managing their customer calls, quotations, and documentation.

o Coordinate sample requests with technical/production teams.

5. Record Keeping & Documentation

o Maintain updated customer data, order logs, complaint logs, and follow-up sheets.

o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports for management.

6. Complaint Management

o Register customer complaints in the system.

o Coordinate with relevant teams to investigate quality issues or dispatch delays.

o Ensure timely resolution and provide feedback to customers.

7. Market Feedback

o Collect customer feedback regarding product quality, service, and delivery.

8. General Office & Support Duties

· Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, letters, and formal email communication.

· Participate in internal promotion schemes related to customer service and sales performance.

Skills, Education & Requirements

· Good communication (English & Urdu) and interpersonal skills.

· Must be Masters/Bachelors from any reputed university of Karachi

· Strong customer-oriented approach and pleasant personality in Burqah / Abaya.

· Ability to handle pressure and multitask.

· Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting).

· Experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing.

· Must be comfortable commuting independently (as company does not provide pick & drop).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
