Female Customer Sales Representative - Design Sales - US Region

Position Overview

We are hiring Female Customer Sales Representatives for Front Sales, Upselling, and Cold Calling roles. The ideal candidate will engage with international clients, promote HiQain’s digital services, and convert leads into successful sales.

Shift: Night Shift

• Full Time

8:00 PM - 4:00 AM

9:00 PM - 5:00 AM

• Part Time

7:00 PM - 1:00 AM

8:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
• Handle front sales and upselling of digital services
• Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions
• Maintain professional communication with clients
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Keep accurate records of calls and sales performance
• Follow up with prospects to close deals

Qualifications Required

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales, call center, or customer support experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Fresh candidates are welcome (training provided)
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
• Candidates residing near Gulistan-e-Jauhar will be preferred
