Jinnah Tutor Academy is hiring a Female Customer Service Representative for a calling-based role at our office.

Job Details

• Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
• Gender Requirement: Female only
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Type: Calling-based (handling inquiries & follow-ups)
• Timings: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Location: RJ Mall, Karachi

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Respond to parents’ and students’ inquiries regarding tuition services
• Maintain call records and basic follow-up details
• Coordinate with the internal team for lead handling
• Provide accurate information about tutors, subjects, and packages

Requirements

• Female candidate (mandatory)
• Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
• Confident phone handling and polite attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (calls, WhatsApp, simple data entry)
• Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus (not mandatory)
