FEMALE Customer Service Representative - Call Center

Doha, Qatar

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that all customer inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Handling customer complaints, queries, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting customer interactions and following up as necessary.
  • Upselling or cross-selling company products and services when appropriate.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Meeting individual and team targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in f&b call center.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and patience.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using call center software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month
