Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes where applicable.

• Provide accurate information about the property, amenities, local attractions, and services.

• Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception or guest area.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Document and report guest feedback to management for continuous improvement.

• Uphold the company’s brand standards and policies in all guest interactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality is a plus.

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with reservation and front desk software (if applicable).

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
