Job Title: Female Customer Service Representative (Chat Support)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer support through live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems efficiently and professionally.
- Handle a high volume of chat inquiries while maintaining quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order statuses, and technical support.
- Document and escalate issues to relevant departments when needed.
- Maintain a positive, helpful, and friendly tone in all interactions.
- Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred for this role (due to team dynamics, based on internal policy).
- Previous experience in a customer service role (chat support preferred but not required).
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support tools.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers.
