About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated Female Customer Support Care Representative to manage customer interactions through our WhatsApp Business account. During the first 1–2 months, you will receive complete training .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to all customer messages via WhatsApp Business
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and order support
• Follow up with leads to help convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain detailed customer records and ensure timely reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image in all communications

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• 6 months to 1 year experience in customer support or online chat handling preferred
• Better written communication skills in Urdu or English
• Tech-savvy, good typing speed, and multitasking ability
• Must be punctual, customer-focused, and solution-oriented
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools will be an advantage
