Female Data Engineer (2–5 Years Experience)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Female Data Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building scalable data pipelines, data processing, ETL workflows, and working with modern data engineering tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collect, clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Work with databases, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability across systems.
• Collaborate with data analysts, BI teams, and software engineers.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and resolve performance issues.
• Implement best practices for data security and governance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data processing.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline development.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with tools like Apache Spark, Airflow, Kafka, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
