Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily sales, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts into the system
- Maintain accurate inventory records (ingredients, beverages, packaging, supplies)
- Update menu items, prices, and promotions in POS or internal systems
- Encode supplier and vendor details and track payments
- Assist in payroll data entry (attendance, overtime, leaves) if required
- Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies
- Prepare basic reports (sales, inventory usage, wastage)
- File and organize physical and digital documents
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and accounting teams for data verification
- Follow company policies on data confidentiality and accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college level preferred)
- Experience in data entry or admin work (F&B experience is an advantage)
- Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Basic understanding of inventory and sales processes
