Application Question(s):

  • Rouh features women in hijabs and maintains a modest yet modern, confident aesthetic. How do you approach the composition, styling, and post-production of a photo shoot or video to ensure the visuals are both highly stylish (cinematic) and fully respectful of our target demographic’s requirements?
  • Please share your portfolio and a direct link to the single design piece you are most proud of. Kindly explain what makes this piece special to you.
  • We are a small, demanding startup, which means you'll sometimes have to assist with non-design tasks, like organizing samples, and must work fully from the office. Describe a time you had to deliver a high-stakes creative project with severely limited resources, an unexpected hurdle, or a sudden change in scope. How did you quickly adapt, what was the non-design obstacle you had to overcome to get the creative work done, and what was the final outcome?
