Female - DHA - Assistant Nurse/ Registered Nurse

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse to join our Doctor On Call team. In this role, you will support physicians during home or on-site visits, carry out key clinical duties, and help deliver high-quality care in a mobile healthcare setting. The ideal candidate is adaptable, patient-focused, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians during consultations at patients' homes or designated sites.
• Perform initial patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Support minor medical procedures, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Provide patient and caregiver education on medication usage, aftercare, and follow-up steps.
• Ensure medical kits are fully stocked and compliant with clinical standards.
• Always maintain patient confidentiality, safety, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DHA license or eligibility (for Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Strong communication skills and clinical judgment.
• Proficient in English and Hindi.
• Fresh DHA-eligible candidates in the UAE are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mobile or community-based healthcare.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Work Schedule & Transportation:

• 12-hour rotational shifts (day and night).
• Company-provided transportation for site visits (from the office and back).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
