Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse to join our Doctor On Call team. In this role, you will support physicians during home or on-site visits, carry out key clinical duties, and help deliver high-quality care in a mobile healthcare setting. The ideal candidate is adaptable, patient-focused, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during consultations at patients' homes or designated sites.
- Perform initial patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Support minor medical procedures, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Provide patient and caregiver education on medication usage, aftercare, and follow-up steps.
- Ensure medical kits are fully stocked and compliant with clinical standards.
- Always maintain patient confidentiality, safety, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing.
- Valid DHA license or eligibility (for Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse).
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
- Strong communication skills and clinical judgment.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in mobile or community-based healthcare.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Work Schedule & Transportation:
- 12-hour rotational shifts (day and night).
- Company-provided transportation for site visits (from the office and back).
