Female eCommerce Officer onsite bahadurbad

We are looking for a Female Customer Care Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be professional, customer-focused, and tech-savvy. She will be responsible for managing customer communication, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Process and move orders through courier services and ensure timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with customers to confirm order details, delivery status, and feedback.
• Login to Shopify and update order status, tracking details, and inventory.
• Maintain customer records and reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Requirements:

• Female candidate living within a 2 km radius of Bahadurabad, Karachi.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of Shopify or willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
• Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce will be an advantage.
