Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the equipment sales market.
  • Promote and sell the company’s equipment portfolio to existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  • Prepare and deliver competitive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and end-users.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with the operations, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in equipment sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License
  • Knowledge of the Qatar market and established client network is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
