Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the equipment sales market.
- Promote and sell the company’s equipment portfolio to existing and potential clients.
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Prepare and deliver competitive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and end-users.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with the operations, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in equipment sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valid Qatar Driving License
- Knowledge of the Qatar market and established client network is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required
